Free tickets are always free. On paid tickets we charge a booking fee per order — capped at ₦2,500, so a big-ticket table doesn't attract a big fee. A monthly plan lowers that percentage.

Your choice, per organisation. Pass it on and the buyer sees it as a line at checkout, keeping your headline price clean. Absorb it and the advertised price is the final price — the fee comes out of your payout instead.
Payment processing
Paystack's standard Nigerian rate — 1.5% plus ₦100, waived on transactions under ₦2,500 and capped at ₦2,000 — is deducted from the transaction. It is included in the booking fee, not charged on top of it.
