For hosts

Your guest list, not a ticket office.

Weddings, naming ceremonies, birthdays, funerals, company parties. Invitation-only, free to run, and every guest walks in with a code that works once.

No business registration, no bank details, no monthly fee.

What you get

Seat them, and they'll know where

Put each guest at a table from your list. They see it on their own invitation, it's on the sheet you hand the door, and whoever scans them at the entrance is told where to send them.

Invitation-only, by default

A private event never appears in browse, in search, or on the homepage. There is one link, you decide who has it, and anybody else who finds the address sees nothing.

One invitation, however many seats

An invitation can admit a couple, a family of six, or a whole table of ten. You are inviting households, not selling seats, and the ticket counts the way you actually think about the list.

Ask what you need to ask

Dietary requirements, which bus, a song request, a name for the place card. Each question can be asked once per invitation or once per guest, and the answers export to a spreadsheet your planner can use.

Nobody gets in twice on one code

Each guest's code is scanned once. A screenshot forwarded to a friend is refused at the door, which is the whole reason gatecrashing works at a Nigerian wedding and why it stops working here.

The invitation lives on their phone

Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, or just the email. No app for your guests to download, no account to make, and no password for your aunt to forget on the day.

Free, because nothing is being sold

Free tickets carry no booking fee, so an invitation-only event costs you nothing at all. You only ever pay us if you decide to charge for something.

How it goes

  1. 1

    Set it up

Create the event and tick “this is a private event”. That takes it off the marketplace and turns off everything meant for selling to strangers.

  2. 2

    Send the link

Add an invitation type — one that admits two, one that admits a table of ten, whatever your list looks like. Send the link however you already talk to people: WhatsApp, email, or printed on the card.

  3. 3

    Scan at the door

Give whoever is on the door a six-digit code and their phone becomes a scanner. It works with no signal and syncs when the network returns.

Invitations and replies

Paste your list — names out of a spreadsheet, out of a chat, or just typed. Each guest gets their own link and answers yes or no in one tap, with no account to make. You see who has replied, who has not, and how many people are actually coming, which is rarely the number you invited.

One button reminds everyone still silent, and nobody is chased twice in a day. Replies that arrive by phone can be typed in, because some of your guests will never click anything.
