Before you book

The things people ask us most.

How do I get my ticket?
The moment your payment clears. Your tickets are emailed to you as QR codes, and you can add them to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet so they work at the gate without signal. Nothing to print, nothing to collect.
How can I pay?
Card, bank transfer or USSD, in Naira. Payments are handled by Paystack — we never see your card.
Can I get a refund?
That is the organiser's decision, not ours, and it is written on every event page before you buy — either no refunds, or refunds up to a stated number of hours before the doors. Check it on the event page; if an event is cancelled outright, everyone who bought is refunded automatically.
What if I can't go any more?
Where the organiser allows it, you can transfer a ticket to someone else from your order page — the original QR is voided and they get a fresh one. Some events also allow resale here, at a capped price, so nobody is trading tickets in a group chat at four times face value.
Can someone else use a screenshot of my ticket?
No. Each QR is scanned once and refused everywhere after that, across every gate at the event in the same second. A forwarded screenshot of a ticket that has already been used will not get anybody in.
What about online events?
Some events here are streamed rather than held in a room. Your join link is private to your ticket and appears on your order page shortly before it starts — it is not posted publicly, and forwarding it does not let anyone else in.
